Design Consultation
If you’re looking for a quick solution to an existing landscape or just wanting to bounce some ideas off of an expert, Donzell’s offers you a design consultation. There are two options to this design service.

The first option is a free in-store consultation by appointment.
The appointment can last up to one hour, with one of Donzell’s landscape designers. Our designer will either provide a list of plants for your area or do a free hand sketch, depending on your needs. This service is limited to one focal area, for example, the front side of a house. Approximate dimensions of the area are preferred.

The second option is an on-site consultation.
A Donzell’s designer will set an appointment to come to your home. This appointment will last approximately one hour. Our designer will provide a list of plants for your area or do a free-hand sketch, depending on your needs. This service is limited to one focal area, such as an island for the front yard. The fee for this service is $65.

Plantscape Design
This service is designed for someone looking for a comprehensive landscape design. There are two options to this service.

The first option requires an initial appointment at Donzell’s with one of the designers.
You will need to provide dimensions and pictures of the area. During this appointment the designer will obtain information regarding the site, such as preferred plants, exposure (north, south, east, or west), whether the site is sunny or shady, wet or dry and any other concerns to be considered. A computer generated design will be completed within two weeks* and a second appointment will be made to review the plan. Included with the completed design will be a total cost of the plants and materials, and a total for Donzell’s to install the entire project. This service is limited to one focal area of the property, such as the front of a house. The fee for this service is $100.

The second option includes an appointment with a Donzell’s designer at your project site.
The designer will get your plant preferences, area dimensions, exposure and take pictures. This appointment will take approximately one hour. The designer will then complete a to-scale computer generated design of the area within two weeks*, and a second appointment at Donzell’s will be made to review the plan. Included with the completed design will be a total cost of the plants and materials, and a total for Donzell’s to install the entire project. The fee for this service is $175.

Due to the complex nature of hardscapes, such as patios, water features and retaining walls, an extra charge may apply to incorporate into the design.

*This time-frame is approximate and may take longer during our busy spring season.

Master Plan
Whether you have new construction or are looking for a complete make-over of your existing landscape, let Donzell’s experienced landscape designers turn your dreams into reality. This service will provide you with a to-scale computer generated design for all four sides of your home.

A master plan begins with an appointment with a designer at your home to get your plant preferences, take measurements and pictures of all areas. Blueprints are helpful if your house is a new construction. The design will take four weeks* to complete and a second appointment at Donzell’s will be made to review the project. Included with the completed design will be a total cost of plants and materials, and a total for Donzell’s to install the entire project. Due to the nature of hardscapes, such as patios, water features and retaining walls, an extra charge may apply to incorporate into the design. The fee for this service is $600.

Digitally Altered Photographs
A picture is worth a thousand words, or in this case, a thousand blooms! This service provides you with a visual perspective of your newly designed landscape. A digital picture of your project will be altered to simulate your landscape design. This is a computer generated photograph that will give you a general idea of how the plantings and hardscaping will look once mature. This service can be added to the Plantscape and Master Plan packages. The fee for this service is $75 per area.
